Our Extra Dry champagne presents a light yellow color with golden reflections.

The fine effervescence creates an elegant ring of mousse.

The nose is subtle and fresh, releasing aromas of grapefruit and peach.

The mouth, ample and mellow, blooms towards aromas more evolved like candied fruits and exotic fruits showing maturity like mango.

This generous champagne has a beautiful length. You may try an original pairing with a creamy and tender cheese such as Gorgonzola.


Blend : 34% Chardonnay – 33% Pinot Noir – 33 % Meunier

Aging time on lees : 3 years

Sugar Level : 21 g/l


  • Born into a wine-making family established in Pierry and Moussy since 1805, it was at the end of the great war that victor vollereaux decided to promote his own champagne. He achieved his first vintage in 1923 and offered his production to a circle made of his friends and relations. This operation was repeated from year to year.


    Little by little he constituted his stock and gained a faithful circle of customers who became the base on wich VOLLEREAUX S.A was founded.


    The business grew steadily, thanks to the work of everyone, from generation to generation, Victor, followed by Paul-Jules, Paul, Jean-Marc, Pierre and Franck.


    Currently VOLLEREAUX S.A is directed by Franck VOLLEREAUX and there still exists the same spirit of co-operation between his children with regard to the organisation and functioning of the family company, in order to strengthen, and of course improve on, the sucess achieved by our forbears.
